Milan Parikh
Milan Parikh

Milan Parikh is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS), Distinguished Fellow of the Society for Computers and Law (FSCRS), Fellow of IETE (FIETE), and Senior Member of IEEE. He is a Lead Enterprise Data Architect at Cytel, a global clinical research organization, with over 15 years of experience across life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, and automotive industries. He is the author of "AI-Enabled Serverless Engineering for Autonomous Cloud Operations" and has delivered keynote addresses at international conferences and served as session chair at IEEE forums across his field of enterprise data architecture and AI-driven cloud systems.

His technical work spans Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Azure-native AI solutions. He has led large-scale data platform implementations across regulated industries, with prior senior roles at Avanade, Hitachi Solutions America, MCA Connect, Ford Motor Credit Company, and Dart Container Corporation. He holds 17+ IEEE peer-reviewed publications spanning federated learning, edge-cloud hybrid systems, and enterprise AI adoption, and serves as Secretary of the BCS Enterprise Architecture Specialist Group. He is a Microsoft Fabric Community Super User and actively contributes across multiple professional communities, including IEEE, BCS, and ACM, as a speaker, reviewer, and advocate for responsible AI and enterprise data practices.

Milan serves as Chair and founding member of the ACM Houston Professional Chapter. The chapter exists as a dedicated space for computing professionals across Houston to connect, exchange ideas, and grow their technical and leadership careers. It bridges academic research and industry practice through speaker series, workshops, and collaborative programming. As Chair, Milan sets the chapter's strategic direction, leads technical programming, and builds partnerships with universities, technology organizations, and professional societies across the Houston corridor. He represents the chapter at ACM regional and national forums, ensuring Houston professionals have a credible and active presence within the global computing community.

Siva Prasad Nandi

Vice Chair

Siva Prasad Nandi is a senior enterprise cloud and database infrastructure leader with nearly two decades of experience in software engineering, cloud platforms, database architecture, and large-scale operational reliability. He currently serves as Director of Software Development at Oracle America Inc., where his work focuses on mission-critical enterprise platforms, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Exadata, Autonomous Database, Fusion Applications infrastructure, backup and recovery resilience, and secure cloud database operations.

His technical work spans enterprise database lifecycle management, cloud infrastructure automation, disaster recovery, data protection, database refresh and migration architecture, and AI-assisted operational resilience. He has contributed to platforms supporting large-scale production database environments for highly regulated and enterprise customers across banking, healthcare, government, and global business applications. Siva is an IEEE Senior Member and active member of ACM. He has contributed as a speaker, reviewer, judge, and technical author in areas related to cloud infrastructure, database systems, AI-driven operations, cybersecurity resilience, and enterprise technology leadership.

As Vice Chair, Siva Prasad supports the Chair in advancing the chapter's mission, strengthening technical programming, coordinating professional engagement, and helping build a strong platform for computing professionals, researchers, students, and technology leaders to connect, learn, and contribute to the broader ACM community. He is prepared to assume the office of Chair whenever needed and maintains close familiarity with the duties of all elected officers and committee chairs.

Ram Hibane

Communications Chair

Ram Hibane is a Senior IT Leader and SAP Enterprise Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP enterprise architecture, ERP modernization, and cloud transformation across Fortune 100 organizations. His work spans multiple U.S. critical infrastructure sectors, where he has led SAP S/4HANA programs, IT SOX compliance, and digital transformation initiatives in regulated environments.

Ram is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Distinguished Fellow of the Soft Computing Research Society (SCRS). He holds advanced certifications across SAP Enterprise Architecture, RISE with SAP methodology, SAP S/4HANA and Ariba, SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and SAP Activate. At EAMCON, an international conference held at Shinawatra University in Bangkok, Thailand, Ram received two International TechXcellence Leadership Awards in the Digital Vanguard and Infrastructure Mastermind categories. He additionally served as Session Chair and Technical Reviewer, supporting scholarly quality and peer review for the conference.

Through his communication leadership, Ram strengthens the ACM Houston Chapter's presence across members, partners, and the broader computing community. He ensures each event, announcement, and outreach reflects the chapter's professional excellence and impact, coordinating all external communications and building visibility for chapter programs and initiatives.

Vinoth Punniyamoorthy is a technology leader and software engineering professional with over 12 years of experience building large-scale, mission-critical platforms across financial services, product engineering, and enterprise consulting. He currently serves as Vice President and Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he focuses on cloud-native architectures, enterprise API ecosystems, distributed backend systems, and platform engineering for highly scalable enterprise environments. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Fellow of multiple professional organizations, including the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers and the Soft Computing Research Society. He actively contributes to the research community as a peer reviewer, Technical Program Committee member, session chair, and invited speaker for international conferences and journals.

As Treasurer, Vinoth manages the financial operations of the ACM Houston Professional Chapter. He oversees chapter funds, maintains accurate financial records, prepares budgets for chapter programs and events, and ensures compliance with ACM financial policies. He works closely with the Chair and Vice Chair to allocate resources in support of the chapter's mission and programming goals.
